Welcome to Reveal the Light, LLC. By accessing this website, purchasing services, or buying products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Reveal the Light, LLC offers:

• Digital and/or audio-based content
• Physical products including fine art prints

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

You may cancel your reading and request a full refund within 7 calendar days after we have received your payment, provided that the reading has not yet been delivered.

After this 7 day period, all sales are final and refunds will not be issued.

However, your purchase will remain available to you as a non expiring credit, which may be:

• Used at a later date, or
• Transferred to another individual as a gift

All purchases made through our online store are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any physical products.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will review the issue and work toward a resolution.

All readings, intuitive insights, services, and products offered by Reveal the Light, LLC are intended for personal growth, reflection, and entertainment purposes only.

We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:

• Specific outcomes
• Future events
• Personal, financial, or relationship results

Any information provided during a reading is based on intuitive interpretation and should not be considered professional advice, including but not limited to:

• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Psychological or mental health advice

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations following a reading.

By purchasing a reading, service, or product you acknowledge and agree that:

Services and products are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health care.

Your life choices, actions, and outcomes are entirely your own, and no reading should replace your own judgment, intuition, or the guidance of licensed professionals.

Each reading and product offering is a subjective and intuitive experience, and the information received may be interpreted differently by each individual.

What resonates immediately for one person may:

• Not resonate right away
• Become clear at a later time
• Be understood in a different context over time

Because of the nature of intuitive and channeled work, results will vary from person to person.

We do not guarantee that:

• You will resonate with all or any part of a reading or product
• The information will feel immediately relevant or accurate to you
• Specific outcomes will occur based on a reading or a product

By purchasing a reading or product, you acknowledge that:

• Interpretation of the information is entirely your responsibility
• Personal meaning and insight may evolve over time
• Lack of immediate resonance is not grounds for a refund
• All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist & Reveal the Light®
• Purchases do not include rights to reproduce or distribute the artwork, images, or digital files in any form

Order Processing

All orders are processed and fulfilled through our third-party production partners.

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing prior to shipment.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier, but typically range between:

• 3–7 business days (U.S. domestic shipping)

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Reveal the Light, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Carrier issues (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
• Weather conditions
• Holidays or high volume periods
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Reveal the Light, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

• Checking with neighbors or your local delivery office
• Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Reveal the Light, LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Interpretation of readings or products
• Use or misuse of purchased products
